Many couples who are dating can either have an understanding to go ‘Dutch Treat’, or plan a date that does not break anyone’s bank account. There is plenty of fun and creative date related activities that couples can plan and have an enjoyable time doing. Of course creative and fun ideas will depend largely on the age of the couples. Teenagers and young adults will probably not trigger the same thoughts as older adults.

The younger crowd generally likes to do spur of the moment activities, just to see what they can get into. They most times like daring and really creative dates. One such crazy idea would be to get a clip board and with a formal form typed up. Take this into a public place and ask silly thought provoking questions of people on the street. Go to a mall and sit and people watch, casting bets on silly things that may be seen with the next person that crosses your path. Silliness is one thing that can assure that all have a good time.

4. Have a hot dog roast and when done roast marshmallows, around the fire telling scary stories. Have one person start the story and each person add a part

5. Visit a hobby shop and bring home a project that each can work on together

6. Visit a super store such as Wal-Mart with another couple and plan hide and seek
